Kyselina močová je důležitý analyt stanovovaný z lidského séra nebo plazmy, který při fyziologických hladinách pravděpodobně slouží jako důležitý antioxidant spolu s vitaminem C, který odstraňuje radikály způsobující oxidační stres. Naopak při zvýšených hladinách může přispívat k oxidačnímu stresu a působit v organismu zánětlivě, což se týká především kloubů, ale může postihovat taktéž oběhový a vylučovací …more
