Abstract:

Abstrakt Hlavním tématem mé diplomové práce je I. celostátní sjezd národních výborů, který se konal ve dnech 26. a 27. června 1948 v Kroměříži. V první části práce se zmiňuji o činnosti československé emigrace, vedené E. Benešem (Londýn) a K. Gottwaldem (Moskva). Jde o vývoj názorů na uspořádání správy ČSR po skončení II. světové války. Druhá část se týká ustavování správy v ČSR po 10. květnu 1945, prvních poválečných demokratických voleb a přípravy a přijetí Ústavy 9. května. Třetí část popisuje průběh I. celostátního sjezdu národních výborů v červnu 1948 v Kroměříži, projevy hlavních představitelů a závěrečnou rezoluci delegátů sjezdu. Tématem závěrečné části je reforma veřejné správy (do roku 1960) - nové územní členění státu a přizpůsobení organizace národních výborů tomuto územnímu uspořádání.

Abstract:

Abstract The aim of my diploma thesis is the first national boards congress, which was hold on June 26 and 27, 1948 in Kroměříž town. At the beginning of the diploma thesis I am refering to the activity of the Czechoslovak emigration, which was leaded by E. Beneš (London) and K. Gottwald (Moskva). It is concerned of the Czechoslovak administration opinions development after the end of the second world war. The second part of my diploma thesis handle with establishing of Czechoslovak administration after the May 10, 1945, the first post war democratic elections and The 9th May constitution preparation and its acceptance. Third part is related to the process of the 1st National boards congress at Kroměříž town, and also to the main delegates speeches and the congress delegates final resolution. The topic of the final part is the government reform (up to the year 1960) – the new government territorial arrangements and organization of national boards in relation to the new territorial arrangements.
