Anotace: V bakalářské práci jsem provedla základní vymezení postavení Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu a Úřadu pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových. V obou případech jsem začala od doby, do které sahají historické kořeny jejich vzniku, činnosti a účelnosti těchto institucí. Abstract: I have defined basic role of Supreme audit office and Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs. In both cases I started at the beginning of historic roots of their origin, activity and purposefulness.
