Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu uplatnění absolventů středoškolských oborů, zejména plastikářských na trhu práce a hodnocení jejich kompetencí, spolu s jejich důležitostmi. V teoretické části jsou popsány statistické údaje uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce, je zde rozebrána oblast nezaměstnanosti a ekonomické faktory s ní spojené.
