Abstract:
Práce se věnuje pravomocem a možnostem obce jako poskytovatele sociální péče. Je zde objasněno postavení obce v systému veřejné správy. Dále se práce zabývá rozlišením samostatné a přenesené působnosti obce, řeší problematiku statků a jejich členění, otázku veřejných služeb a v neposlední řadě také problematiku sociálních služeb, které mohou obce poskytovat v rámci své samostatné působnosti. The thesis deals with powers and possibilities of a municipality as a provider of social care. There is explained the position of the municipality in the system of public administration.
