Coping Strategies in Selected Professions
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá copingovými strategiemi a zvládáním stresu v profesi hasiče. První část teoretické části se věnuje stresu, stresorům, stresových situacím, zvládacím technikám a obranným mechanismům. Druhá část je zaměřena na problematiku stresu v profesi hasiče. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění a porovnání používaných copingových strategií v profesi hasiče.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with coping strategies and coping with stress in the profession of firefighter. The first part of the theoretical part deals with stress, stressors, stress situations, mastering techniques and defense mechanisms. The second part is focused on the issue of stress in the firefighter profession, The practical part is focused on finding useful strategies in the firefighter profession.
