Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesu řízení, plánování a hodnocení pracovního výkonu ve vybrané organizaci. S pomocí výzkumu bylo cílem do hloubky prozkoumat teorii k tématu a provést analýzu vybrané společnosti. The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the management, planning and evaluation of work performance in chosen organization.
