Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mutací nádorového supresoru proteinu p53 na jeho funkci a jejich celkový dopad na buněčné procesy. Mutantní varianta proteinu p53 se nachází zhruba u poloviny všech zhoubných nádorů člověka. Mnohé z těchto mutovaných variant vykazují odlišnou a někdy i antagonickou funkci oproti standardu. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on influence of mutations in tumor suppressor protein p53 and on its function and overall impact on the cell processes. Mutant protein p53 is present roughly in a half of all human malignant tumors. Many of these mutants show different and sometime even antagonistic function in comparison to standard.
