Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce úzce spojuje téma kriminalistické balistiky a 3D tisku. Představuje základy kriminalistické balistiky a přibližuje problematiku 3D tisku palných zbraní. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastudovat možnosti využití 3D tisku palné zbraně. Původní záměr byl vyrobit 3D model střelné zbraně a ten podrobit praktické zkoušce, zda je možno z této zbraně vystřelit a zda má nějaký ranivý účinek. Vzhledem k ustanovení §279/2009 trestního zákoníku o nedovoleném ozbrojování, v návaznosti na zák. 119/2002 Sb. o střelných zbraních, bylo od tohoto cíle upuštěno a jako nový cíl byla stanovena práce rešeršního typu, zakončená navržením postupu zkoušek zbraní vyrobených 3D tiskem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis closely links the topic of criminal ballistics and 3D printing. It introduces the basics of forensic ballistics and presents the issue of 3D printing of firearms. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study the possibilities of using 3D printing of firearms. The original intention was to produce a 3D model of a firearm and subject it to a practical test to see if it can be fired and if it has any wounding effect. Due to the provisions of §279/2009 of the Criminal Code on illegal arming, in relation to Act 119/2002 Coll. on firearms, this goal was abandoned and a new goal was set as a research-type work, ending with the proposal of a procedure for testing weapons made by 3D printing.
