Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá tématem: Vzájemné informální učení v právní praxi. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá vzájemné informální učení v právní praxi a jak ho jeho účastníci vnímají. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve vymezením základních pojmů jako je celoživotní učení a informální učení, dále samotným učením na pracovišti a v neposlední řadě učením v právní praxi. The aim of the thesis is to find out how mutual informal learning takes place in legal practice and how its participants perceive it.
