Bakalářská práce se zabývá mimosoudním řešením spotřebitelských sporů a to především způsoby, které v současné době existují v české právní úpravě. The bachelor thesis deals with an alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, especially with current ways of existing czech legal regulations. Up to date available ways of resolution of these disputes are a mediation and an alternative disputes resolution in consumer protection act.The main aim of the thesis is to consider pros and cons of these ways and compare each other.
