Anotace Diplomová práce se věnuje hudebnímu festivalu Fingers Up, který vzniká pod neziskovou organizací Kultura a volný čas Mohelnice, nezisková o.p.s. V práci jej popsán postup příprav a organizace festivalu, založení neziskové organizace, srovnání s minulým ročníkem i s festivaly v okolí. The work describes the procedure for the preparation and organization of the festival, setting up non-profit organization, comparation with the last year and with festivals in the area.
