Care of employees and the impact of wages on quality of their working life
Abstract:
Správná péče o zaměstnance je jedním z nejdůležitějších úkolů zaměstnavatele. Velmi důležitou roli v životě zaměstnance hraje pracovní pohoda, dobré zázemí na pracovišti a odměna za vykonanou práci. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný stav a nástroje pro odměňování zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
To take proper care of an employee is one of the most important tasks of every employer. A very important role in the employee's life is his job satisfaction, good workplace ergonomics and appropriate financial reward. The main aim of this work is to evaluate current situation and tools for employee reward.
