Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na výskyt sociální komunikace v rámci Policie ČR. Je nastíněn celkový průřez sociální komunikace a její výskyt u Policie ČR. Jsou uvedeny verbální a nonverbální prvky komunikace, např. při využití ve výslechové praxi, včetně možností odhalení lživé výpovědi. Uvádí přehled náročných komunikačních situací.
