Monitoring the occurrence of important agricultural weeds on the railway

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit druhové složení rostlin v okolí železniční trati (Brno – Troubsko), a to přímo v kolejišti, v bezprostředním sousedství a na blízkém zemědělském pozemku. Byla stanovena vegetační pokryvnost nalezených druhů rostlin, výsledky byly zpracovány segmentovanou analýzou (DCA) a kanonickou korespondenční analýzou (CCA). V první stanovené linii (železniční trať) měly nejvyšší pokryvnost Lathyrus tuberosus, Fallopia dumetorum, Rubus, Calistegia sepium, Artemisia vulgaris, Equisetum arvense. Ve druhé stanovené linii (prostor mezi železniční tratí a zemědělským pozemkem) měly nejvyšší pokryvnost Carduus acanthoides, Lamium album, Lamium purpureum, Humulus lupulus, Geranium pratense, Atriplex oblongifolia, Poa annua, Arrhenatherum elarius, Primula veris, Euphorbia helioscopia, Elytrigia repens, Rosa canina, Dactylis glomerata, Falcaria vulgaris, Robinia pseudoacacia, Chelidonium majus, Solidago canadensis. Ve třetí stanovené linii (pole) měly nejvyšší pokryvnost Aegopodium podagraria, Hordeum vulgare, Urtica dioica, Papaver rhoeas, Alopecurus pratensis, Galium aparine, Leucosinapis alba, Phacelia tanacetifolia. Bylo zjištěno, že k šíření rostlinných druhů dochází především v rámci sousedních stanovišť, a to v závislosti na rostlinném druhu a charakteru pozemku. Nejvyšší potenciál šíření rostlin byl zjištěn z prostoru mezi železniční tratí a polem do pole.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine the species composition of plants in the vicinity of the railway line (Brno – Troubsko), directly on the railway track, in the close proximity and on the nearby agricultural land. The vegetation cover of the plant species found was determined, and the results were processed by Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA) and Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA). In the first established line (railway line), Lathyrus tuberosus, Fallopia dumetorum, Rubus, Calistegia sepium, Artemisia vulgaris, Equisetum arvense had the highest cover. In the second established line (the space between the railway line and the agricultural land), Carduus acanthoides, Lamium album, Lamium purpureum, Humulus lupulus, Geranium pratense had the highest cover, Atriplex oblongifolia, Poa annua, Arrhenatherum elarius, Primula veris, Euphorbia helioscopia, Elytrigia repens, Rosa canina, Dactylis glomerata, Falcaria vulgaris, Robinia pseudoacacia, Chelidonium majus, Solidago canadensis. In the third established line (field) the highest cover was Aegopodium podagraria, Hordeum vulgare, Urtica dioica, Papaver rhoeas, Alopecurus pratensis, Galium aparine, Leucosinapis alba, Phacelia tanacetifolia. The dispersal of plant species was found to occur mainly within neighbouring habitats, depending on the plant species and the nature of the plot. The highest potential for plant dispersal was found from the area between the railway line and the field into the field.
