Balance tests of grasskiers and alpine skiers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje stručný výklad historie a vývoje, současné pojetí techniky, popis výzbroje a výstroje, fyziologické a biomechanické aspekty a kondiční přípravu u travních a alpských lyžařů. Dále porovnání obou disciplín, hlavní rozdíly, společné faktory a využití metodiky. V další části charakterizujeme rovnováhové schopnosti a jejich diagnostiku. Empirická část se věnuje stanovení cíle a výzkumné otázky, charakteristice souboru a jednotlivým testům rovnováhy. Dále nalezneme výsledky jednotlivých testů a jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis includes brief interpretation from history and development, current technique, description of equipment, physiology, biomechanice and training in both disciplines. Next is comparison of both disciplines, main differences, common factors and use of methodology. In next part we describe balance abilities and diagnostics of balance abilities. In the last part we are talking about the aim of the work, description of tested skiers and description of balance tests. In the last part we can find results of testing.
