Drug-related Crime - occurrence and combating of Drug-related Crime in Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se v celé šíři zabývá problematikou drog v České republice. První polovina je zaměřena na popularitu drog, jejich historický vývoj a uživatele, významně se zaměřuje na přehled této problematiky v literatuře. V druhé polovině se práce zabývá primárními drogovými trestnými činy, minulým, současným a potažmo i budoucím stavem primární drogové kriminality z hlediska spáchaných činů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována i obchodu s drogami, jeho vlastnostem, zákonitostem, charakteristickým znakům a pachatelům ale i boji s ním. V obou polovinách práce se tam kde je to možné pokouší o explanaci zjištěných trendů či vlastností daných oblastí. Tato bakalářská práce je literární rešerší, celým svým obsahem tedy kombinuje teoretickou rešerši s praktickým výkladem zjištěných poznatků v podobě teorií, závěrů, úvah a návrhů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis, in all its entirety, discusses the issue of Drugs in Czech Republic. The first half is focused on the popularity of drugs, their historical evolution and on drug abusers, it places special emphasis on the overview of this issue as written about in literature. The second half of the work is focused on primary drug-related crimes, past, present and potentially even future state of the primary drug-related crime regarding the number of committed crimes. Special attention is also payed to the Drug Trafficking, its properties, traits, characteristics and offenders, but also to the way it is fought against. In both parts of the work, when it’s possible, it is attempted to explain the nature of the related findings and the reasons behind them. This bachelor thesis is realized using the method of literary research and as such it combines theoretical research with practical interpretation of its respective findings which is done in the form of theories, conclusions, reflections and suggestions.
