Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and their usage in the modeling of Alzheimer´s disease. Alzheimer´s disease is a complete chronic neurodegenerative sickness, of which it is unknown the origin, mechanism, even the disease-modifying cure does not exist.
