Modern approaches to education and career development of employees in the organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje a zabývá tématem vzdělávání zaměstnanců v rámci pracovní organizace. Zabývá se využívanými vzdělávacími metodami, které se využívají pro rozvoj zaměstnanců ať už formou klasickou nebo moderní. Dále v teoretické práci je popisována organizační kultura a řízení lidských zdrojů. V teoretické části jsou popisovány metody a procesy se kterými se může zaměstnanec setkat v rámci pracovní organizace. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky z dotazníkového rozhovoru/šetření zúčastněních firem a osob které jsou podrobené analýze která vede k navržení vlastního návrhu firemního vzdělávacího programu. Závěr je věnován zhodnocení celé závěrečné práce, popisu úskalí při zpracovávání, zjištěným faktům a doporučením pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to and deals with the topic of employee education within the work organization. It deals with the educational methods used for the development of employees, whether in a classical or modern form. Furthermore, the theoretical work describes organizational culture and human resource management. In the theoretical part, the methods and processes that the employee may encounter within the work organization are described. In the practical part, the results of the questionnaire interview/survey of the participating companies and persons are presented, which are subjected to an analysis that leads to the design of the company's own educational program. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the entire final thesis, description of difficulties during processing, established facts and recommendations for practice.
