Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents in the contemporary world
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na význam apostily - právní doložky, která ověřuje pravost dokumentu - v současném světě. První část práce se věnuje výkladu Haagské úmluvy a vysvětlení okolností vedoucích k jejímu vzniku. Druhá část se věnuje fungování apostily dnes, a to z pohledu jednolivých aktérů. Ve třetí části jsou poté shrnuty názory jednotlivých aktérů na aspostilu a je zde zhodnocen její význam.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the importance Apostille - a legal certificate that verifies the authenticity of the document - in today's world. The first part deals with the interpretation of the Hague Convention and explanation of the circumstances leading to its creation.
