Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Vliv pobytu prvovězněných žen ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na jejich očekávání od penitenciárních intervencí“ se snaží přiblížit souvislosti výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v instituci věznice. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve vymezeny důležité pojmy a souvislosti této problematiky. Je zde nastíněn vývoj trestu a trestání, jeho principů a funkcí. Představeny jsou nejznámější penologické koncepce, hlavní zásady výkonu trestu v současnosti a také metody či nástroje směřující k resocializaci vězňů. V empirické části práce je pak popsán kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný ve Věznici Světlá nad Sázavou se čtyřmi prvovězněnými ženami, jehož účelem bylo poodhalit názory těchto žen na proces výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a jejich očekávání od penitenciárních intervencí.

Abstract:

The thesis „The influence of the first time-prisoners stay in the performance of penal imprisonment on their expectations of the penitentionary intervention“ tries to get through coherences of the performance of the penal imprisonment in a prison as an institution. In the theoretical part there are defined important ideas and coherences related to these problems. There is described the trend of the punishment, its principles and functions. There are introduced the most known penological conceptions, main principles of the performance of penal imprisonment in present and methods , instruments leading to the prisoners resocialisation process. In the empirical part there is described the qualitative research which was realized with four women in Prison Světlá nad Sázavou, its purpose was to uncover women meanings on process of the performance of penal imprisonment on their expectations of the penitentionary intervention.
