Digital competences of teachers

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce ke studiu ICV „Digitální kompetence pedagogů“ je věnována problematice využívání digitálních technologií v práci učitele. V práci jsem se zaměřila obecně na digitální kompetenční rámec pedagogů a na problematiku využívání digitál-ních technologií v práci pedagogů. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit „jestli a jakým způsobem jsou digitální technologie využívány v práci učitele “ a v praktické části je popsán drobný výzkum (empirická sonda) formou anonymního dotazníku pro učitele na ZŠ a SŠ v Brně. Výzkum jsem doplnila o krátkou případovou studii učitele na SŠ. Výsledky šetření jsou řešena v diskuzi i závěru práce.

Abstract:

The final thesis for the ICV study "Digital competences of teachers" is devoted to the problem of using digital technologies in the work of teachers. In the thesis I focused on the digital competence framework of teachers in general and on the issue of using digital technologies in the work of teachers. The aim of the research investigation was to find out "if and how digital technologies are used in the work of teachers" and the practical part describes small-scale research (empirical probe) in the form of an anon-ymous questionnaire for teachers at primary and secondary schools in Brno. I supported the research with a short case study of a teacher in a secondary school. The results of the investigation are addressed in the discussion and conclusion of the paper.
