Abstract:

Firma Grid International CZ, s. r. o. působí na českém trhu od roku 1999. Tato mezinárodní poradenská společnost pomáhá firmám budovat vynikající pracovní vztahy, které vedou k výjimečným pracovním výkonům. Program Grid The Power to Change\regm{} je aplikován v nejrůznějších oblastech podnikání ve čtyřiceti zemích po celém světě. Dosud se ho zúčastnily téměř čtyři miliony manažerů. Grid semináře se odlišují od ostatních přístupů tím, že jsou podloženy ověřenou vědeckou teorií, měřitelností, působností na celou organizaci a důrazem na osobní odpovědnost účastníků za změnu. Firma chce v České republice dosáhnout pozice renomované vzdělávací a poradenské organizace v oboru Organisational Development. Obsahem práce je návrh tříleté marketingové komunikační strategie, jejímž výsledkem by mělo být zvýšení povědomí o značce Grid a vyšší počet zákazníků. Cesta vede přes analýzu tržního prostředí, analýzu konkurence i samotné firmy a zhodnocení dosavadní komunikace. Strategie definuje komunikační aktivity pro jednotlivé části komunikačního mixu, navrhuje finanční rozpočet a časový plán a uvádí předpokládaný efekt s uvedením možností měření účinnosti.

Abstract:

Grid International CZ company came on the Czech market in 1999. This international consulting company helps other firms to build excellent working relations leading to exceptional results. Programme The Grid Power to Change\regm{} is used in different businesses in forty countries all around the world. By now, nearly four million managers participated in it. Grid seminars differ from other approaches because they are based on the scientific theory, the effect can be measured, it influences whole company and there is emphasis put on personal responsibility of participants to a change. The Grid company wants to reach the position of reputable educational and consulting company on the Organizational Developlment field. The goal of this thesis is to propose 3 years marketing communication strategy resulting both in higher brand awarness and higher number of customers. The way goes through the market analysis, competition analysis, company analysis and present communication. The strategy defines communication activities for each part of the communication mix, proposes budget and time planning and evaluates the estimated effect by using suitable methods of measurements.
