V této bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice vlivu půdní organické hmoty (SOM) na sorpci organických kontaminantů. SOM obsahuje různé frakce huminových látek (HA, FA a humin) a je možné ji rozdělit na amorfní a kondenzovanou doménu, přičemž tyto se liší skladbou a vlastnostmi. Abstract:
In this thesis I focused on the influence of soil organic matter (SOM) on the sorption of organic contaminants. SOM consists of different fractions of humic substances (HA, FA and humin) and amorphous and condensed domains could be distinguished. All fractions differ in composition and properties.
