Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právy transgender osob pohledem ústavního práva. Popisuje základní pojmy spojené s trans osobami, jako je gender a pohlaví, transsexualita, cisgender, intersex a další. Zabývá se právními normami, které upravují práva transgender osob, popisuje proces změny pohlaví v České republice a nakonec porovnává průběh tohoto procesu s jinými zeměmi.

The thesis deals with the rights of transgender individuals from the perspective of constitutional law. It describes fundamental concepts related to transgender individuals, such as gender and sex, transsexuality, cisgender, intersex, and others.
