Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Využití senzorické integrace v ergoterapii u dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra" se snaží přiblížit problematiku dětí postižených právě touto nemocí. Přehled teoretických poznatků seznamuje čtenáře s poruchami autistického spektra a možnostmi intervence u těchto poruch. Ergoterapie je nezastupitelnou součástí ucelené rehabilitace a právě jeden z přístupů, který ergoterapeuti v zahraničí využívají je senzorická integrace. Tato bakalářská práce tento přístup přibližuje a popisuje jeho aplikaci u dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra. Metodika je zaměřená na kazuistiku sedmiletého chlapce, u kterého byl diagnostikován dětský autismus. Obsahuje provedené vstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření, návrh krátkodobého plánu, jeho realizaci a stanovení dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu.

Abstract:

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is "The use of Sensory integration in an occupational therapy of a child with autism spectrum disorder". The overview of the theoretical knowledge tries to intorduce autism spectrum disorder and its intervention to the reader. Occupational therapy plays an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive rehabilitation; one of the approaches which is used abroad by occupational therapists is Sensory integration. This bachelor thesis describes its use in the occupational therapy of a child with autism spectrum disorder. Methodics is focused on the case report of a seven year old boy, who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. It contains the occupational therapy entrance examination, design of a short-term plan, its realisation and also a long - term occupational therapy plan.
