Diplomová práce poskytuje detailní pohled na formální i materiální kritéria pro posuzování kandidátů na funkci soudce ESLP, a to jak kritéria požadovaná na vnitrostátní úrovni v rámci České republiky, tak kritéria požadovaná na úrovni Rady Evropy. The thesis provides a detailed view of the formal and material criteria for assessing candidates for the office of ECtHR judge, both the criteria required at the national level within the Czech Republic and the criteria required at the level of the Council of Europe.
