The Attitudes of Intact Persons to Inclusion of Individuals with Health Impairment

Abstract:

Diplomová práce nesoucí název: Postoje intaktních osob k inkluzi jedinců se zdravotním postižením má za hlavní cíl seznámit čtenáře s tématikou inkluze a analyzovat názory intaktní populace na inkluzi a inkluzivní vzdělávání. Diplomová práce se věnuje charakteristice základních pojmů, inkluzivnímu vzdělávání a poradenskému systému v České republice a kvalitě života osob se zdravotním postižením v podmínkách současné společnosti. Dále pojednává o jedinci se zdravotním postižením. Kdo to je osoba se zdravotním postižením, jak navazuje vztahy, jak se staví k rodičovství a jak tráví volný čas. Je zmíněna také ucelená (koordinovaná) rehabilitace a neziskové organizace. Závěr teoretické části popisuje vzdělávání a následné uplatnění osob se zdravotním znevýhodněním na trhu práce, konkrétněji vzdělávání jedinců se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v České republice a v zahraničí, legislativní východiska vzdělávání a pracovní uplatnění osob se zdravotním znevýhodněním. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum, je zde vymezen cíl a hypotézy práce, metodologie, hlavní charakteristika výzkumného prostředí a vzorku, interpretace výzkumného šetření a závěrečná analýza šetření.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this thesis is to acquaint readers with the theme of inclusion and to analyze the opinions of intact populations about inclusion and inclusive education. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the basic concepts, inclusive education, advisory system in the Czech Republic and the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the conditions of contemporary society. The second topics of the theoretical part discusses the individual with disabilities. It introduces this person with disabilities, explains how this person builds the relationships, what is attitude towards parenthood and how person spends leisure time. The chapter also deals with integrated (coordinated) rehabilitation and non-profit organizations. The third chapter describes the education and following use of persons with the health disadvantages at the labour market, more specifically the education of individuals with special educational needs in the Czech Republic and abroad, the legislative resource of education and job opportunities for persons with disabilities. The second part of the thesis is the research. The research part is focused on quantitative research, the goal and hypotheses of work are defined here, methodology, main characteristics of the research environment and sample, interpretations of the research survey and the final analysis of the investigation.
