Abstract:
Diplomová práce zpracovává analýzu současného stavu řízení projektů v konkrétní firmě a navrhuje doporučení ke zlepšení v této oblasti na základě metodiky pro podporu projektového řízení a také pro podporu sledování životního cyklu požadavku na rozvoj informačního systému.
Abstract:
This Thesis looks at the current situation in a common company and analyses how projects are managed in the company. The Thesis suggests recommendation for improvements in this field according to the project management methodology. The focus is to support enviromental monitoring requirement to develop an information system.
