Dostupnost městské hromadné dopravy hraje významnou roli na trhu s byty. Tato studie se soustředí na trh s nájemním bydlením. Hlavním cílem této práce je vyšetření efektu vzdálenosti bytu od stanice metra na cenu jeho pronájmu. Proximity of urban mass transportation plays a major role on housing market. This study focuses on a rental housing market.
