Goat farm – economical context

Abstract:

Rozbořilová, E. Kozí farma – ekonomické souvislosti. Diplomová práce. Brno, 2018.Diplomová práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu vybraného podniku zabývajícího se chovem koz. Snahou této práce je identifikovat případné problémy v současném finančním řízení podniku. Následně navrhnout doporučení za účelem zlepšení situace. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena jak na věcný význam a úlohu samotné finanční analýzy, tak na pojmy jako je agrobyznys, agrární trh včetně jeho členění a komoditní vertikálu kozího mléka. Část práce je věnována chovu koz, jsou zde představena plemena koz a kozí produkty. V rámci teoretické části práce je rovněž jedna kapitola věnována analýze vývoje českého a globálního trhu s kozím masem a mlékem.

Rozbořilová, E. Goat farm – economical context. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2018.Diploma thesis is focused on financial analysis of the selected company operating in the goat breeding segment. Goal of this diploma is to identify possible issues in the current financial management of the selected company. Afterwards provide suggestions in order to archieve an improvement in the identified area of concern. Theoretical chapters of the thesis are focused on the meaning and purpose of the financial analysis as well as explaning terms like agrobusiness, agrarian market including it’s segmentation and also commodity vertical of goat milk. Part of the thesis is focused on goat breeding where there are various goat breeds and goat products being introduced. Still within the theoretical part of thesis there is a chapter that deals with analysis of the development of both czech and global market with goat meat and goat milk.
