Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem životního stylu a kvality života seniorů v domovech pro seniory v Olomouckém kraji. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů senior, stárnutí a stáří, s kterými úzce souvisí také vymezení a periodizace stáří a změny ve stáří. This bachelor thesis deals with the lifestyle and quality of seniors' life in homes for the elderly in the Olomouc region. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the concepts of senior, aging, old age, which are closely related to specification and periodization of old age and changes in old age.
