Health - related fitness of primary school children in Opava
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění úrovně zdravotně orientované zdatnosti žáků 7. tříd základních škol v Opavě. Konkrétně v ZŠ Boženy Němcové a ZŠ Otické a to pomocí devíti motorických testů testové baterie EUROFIT. Použité testy jsou zaměřeny na aerobní zdatnost, svalovou sílu a vytrvalost, flexibilitu, koordinační schopností, silové schopnosti a rychlostní schopnosti. Měření probíhalo jednou. Výsledky …more

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find the level of health-oriented ability of the pupil of the 7th grade of elementary schools in Opava. Specifically, at Bozena Nemcova elementary school and elementary school Oticka, using nine motor tests EUROFIT test battery.
