Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční a strategickou analýzu společnosti Diama s.r.o. Rozbor je proveden za roky 2008 až 2012. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a popisuje použité metody finanční a strategické analýzy. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to perform financial and strategic analysis of the company Diama s.r.o. during years 2008-2012. This thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical and introduces methods of financial and strategic analysis.
