Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl vymezit pojem práva na spravedlivý proces. Dílčí elementy tohoto práva jsou v prvé řadě odvozeny z Evropské úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod s ohledem na rozhodovací praxi Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Abstract:
This thesis aims to determine the concept of the right to a fair trial. Firstly, the sub-elements of this right are derived from the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, considering the European Court of Human Rights case law.
