Weed analysis of winter wheat stands grown on different forage crops

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu zaplevelení porostů ozimé pšenice (Triticum aestivum), pěstované po odlišných předplodinách na polní pokusné stanici v Ivanovicích na Hané, a v provozních podmínkách vybraného zemědělského podniku. V polním pokusu bylo hodnoceno druhové složení plevelných rostlin v porostech pšenice ozimé. Získaná data byla statisticky vyhodnocena v programu Canoco 5.0. Byla vypočtena délka gradientu pomocí segmentové analýzy DCA (Detrended Correspondence Analysis). Další statistická zpracování proběhla pomocí redundanční analýzy RDA (Redundance Analysis) a kanonické korespondenční analýzy CCA (Canonical Correspondence Analysis). Byla zaznamenána výrazná heterogenita vyskytovaných druhů. Na polní pokusné stanici se vyskytovaly převážně druhy ozimé skupiny plevelů, zatímco v podmínkách provozu dominoval druh merlík bílý (Chenopodium album), ve variantě po hrachu setém pak pcháč oset (Cirsium arvense) a pýr plazivý (Elytrigia repens).

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of the species composition of weeds in winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) stands, that are grown on different forage crops at the field experimental station in Ivanovice na Hané and in the operating conditions of the selected agricultural holding. In a field experiment, the species composition of weeds in winter wheat stands was evaluated. The obtained data were statistically evaluated in Canoco 5.0. The length of gradient was calculated using the segment analysis DCA (Detrended Correspondence Analysis). Further statistical processing was performed using Redundancy Analysis RDA and Cononical Correspondence Analysis CCA. Significant heterogeneity of occuring species was noted. At the field experimental station, there were mostly species of winter weeds, while in the condition of agricultural holding, the species of fat hen (Chenopodium album) dominated, in the variant of winter wheat after pea, creepping thistle (Cirsium arvense) and couch grass (Elytrigia repens) occured.
