Tato diplomová práce se zabývá retribučním soudnictvím a Mimořádným lidovým soudem v Plzni - ten byl zřízen československou vládou 24. července 1945, faktickou činnost zahájil až 18. září 1945. Jeho činnost byla ukončena 4. května 1947. Hlavním cílem práce je potom analyzovat soudní vyrovnání se s nacismem po 2. světové válce. Abstract:
This graduation thesis is focused on the retributive justice and the Extraordinary People´s Court in Pilsen - which was established by the Czechoslovakian government on the twentyfourth of July in 1945, but its real activity started only on the eighteenth of September in 1945.
