Práce poukazuje na důležitost ergoterapeutické intervence u dětí s PAS. Zabývá se historickým vývojem diagnostiky a celkovou problematikou autismu, jeho projevy, vznikem, rozmanitostí poruch autistického spektra a v neposlední řadě také komorbiditami, které autismus často provází. The paper highlights the importance of occupational therapy intervention in children with PAS. It deals with the historical development of the diagnosis and the overall issue of autism, its manifestations, its origins, the diversity of autism spectrum disorders and, last but not least, the comorbidities that often accompany autism.
