Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Komentovaný překlad francouzského odborného textu zaměřeného na oblast Franche-Comté" je seznámit čtenáře s teorií překladu publicistického textu, vytvořit překlad vybraných textů a doplnit ho komentářem. Práce se zabývá překladem textů, které se týkají francouzského regionu Franche-Comté. Tematicky jsou texty zaměřeny na různé oblasti, např. ekonomii, cestovní ruch, vzdělávání nebo sport. Texty jsou překládané z francouzského jazyka do českého. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Jelikož překládané texty spadají do publicistické oblasti, teoretická kapitola pojednává o publicistickém stylu a jeho charakteristice, dále o problematice terminologie, která se v těchto textech používá, neboť je v nich často řešena určitá problematika, která si vyžaduje specifické termíny. Závěr teoretické části je věnován teorii překladu publicistického textu. Praktická část představuje překlad šestnácti francouzských textů do češtiny. Následuje odborný komentář k přeloženým textům, v němž jsou analyzovány překladatelské postupy použité při překladu a způsoby překladu nejčastějších problematických jevů, tj. zkratek, názvů a vlastních jmen. Práce může posloužit i jako informační materiál pro všechny zájemce o dění ve francouzském regionu Franche-Comté.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis, named "Translation of a French specialized text focused on the region of Franche-Comté with commentary", is to present the theory of translation of journalistic texts, translate selected texts and comment on them. The thesis deals with the translation of texts that are related to a French region, Franche-Comté. The texts concern various domains such as economy, tourism, education or sport. The texts are translated from French into Czech. The thesis is divided in two parts theoretical one and practical one. As the translated texts fall within the journalistic field, the theoretical part is about journalistic style and its features, and then about terminology, which is used in these texts because they often deal with certain issues, which requires specific terms. The end of the theoretical chapter is dedicated to the theory of translation of journalistic texts. The practical part presents the translation of sixteen texts into Czech. A commentary on translated texts follows, in which translation procedures and ways of translating of problematic phenomena are analysed. The thesis can serve as information material for those interested in the course of events in the region of Franche-Comté.
