Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovává podnikatelský plán pro nově vznikající redakci přehledu výstav Pražské galerie a galerie České republiky. Přehled výstav je vydáván již 18 let, v současné době však nevykazuje žádný zisk. Redakce bude fungovat v případě získání finančních prostředků z Evropských sociálních fondů. Protože půjde o sociální podnik, který nabídne pracovní místa lidem s duševním onemocněním, jsou zde zmapovány základní charakteristiky duševního onemocnění a specifika při zaměstnávání znevýhodněných osob. Další část práce popisuje historii a současný stav přehledu výstav. Mapuje jeho vnější a vnitřní prostředí a následuje tržní segmentace se shrnující SWOT analýzou. Je zde nastíněna konkurence, současné finanční podmínky s plánem do budoucna. Uvedeno je také řešení, jakým způsobem přehled bude vydáván, pokud nebudou získány prostředky na rozšíření redakce.

Abstract:

This thesis presents a business plan for a newly established editorial team of a leaflet featuring the exhibition programme in Prague Galleries and the galleries of the Czech Republic. The leaflet has been published for 18 years, but it recently hasn´t been in the black. The business plan could be put into practice if the project received financial assistance from European Social Fund. As the emerging firm is supposed to be a social enterprise offering jobs to people who suffer from a mental illness, there are also basic characteristics of mental illnesses and specific issues related to employing handicapped people mentioned in the thesis. Another part of the thesis presents the history and the present form of the Prague Galleries and Galleries of the Czech Republic leaflet, and it surveys its internal and external environment. This part is followed by market segmentation and a SWOT analysis. Based on the results from the analytical part of the thesis, I have suggested some goals and strategic direction of the project. Some information on our potential competitors, current financial conditions and some plans for the future have also been outlined. There is also a possible solution of how the leaflet could be published in the future in case the project doesn´t get any funding for enlarging the editorial team.
