Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na téma nadání a identifikace nadaných žáků. V teoretické části se vysvětluje koncept nadání a charakteristiky nadaných žáků, jejich vzdělávací potřeby a problémy, které mohou během školní docházky vznikat. Dále se zkoumají možnosti, metodiky a postupy, které mohou pedagogové a školy využít k podpoře těchto žáků během výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. V druhé části této bakalářské práce se analyzuje postoj učitelů k vzdělávání nadaných žáků. Konkrétně se jedná o kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden dotazníkovým šetře-ním. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak jsou učitelé obeznámeni s problematikou identifikace nadaných žáků a jak vnímají podporu těchto žáků ze strany vzdělávacího systému. Výsledky výzkumu jsou následně prezentovány a analyzovány v empirické části této práce.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the topic of talent and identification of gifted pupils. The theoretical part explains the concept of talent and characteristics of gifted pupils, their educational needs and problems that may arise during school attendance. Furthermore, the possibilities, methodologies and procedures that teachers and schools can use to support these pupils during the educational process are exa-mined. The second part of this bachelor thesis analyzes the attitude of teachers to the education of gifted pupils. Specifically, it is a quantitative research that was carried out by a questionnaire survey. The aim of this research was to find out how familiar teachers are with the issue of identifying gifted pupils and how they perceive the support of these pupils from the education system. The results of the research are then presented and analyzed in the empirical part of this work.
