Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice správy na úseku zaměstnanosti. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu právní úpravy na tomto úseku a její vývoj včetně judikatury, upozornit na problematické oblasti v této právní úpravě a navrhnout možná řešení. This dissertation deals with issues regarding administration in the area of employment. The objective of this work is, the analysis of the legislation in this area and its progress, including judicial decisions, also pointing out problematic areas and suggesting possible solutions.
