Práce se věnuje tématu zapojení stakeholderů do rozvoje měst a obcí. Participace veřejnosti a použití technik se prolíná teoretickou i praktickou částí práce. Teoretická práce rozebírá obecnou problematiku rozvoje měst a obcí, cíle a principy rozvoje, jakož i úlohu strategických dokumentů.
