Disorders of Consciousness in Pre-hospital Emergency Care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku poruch vědomí v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je komplexní zpracování problematiky poruch vědomí v přednemocniční neodkladné péči, přičemž hlavním aspektem je zpracování kazuistik z dané problematiky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na všeobecné dělení poruch vědomí a jejich charakteristiku. Zařazeny jsou zde nejčastější příčiny poruch vědomí u pacientů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Nedílnou součástí je primární vyšetření pacienta dle algoritmu ABCDE v podmínkách přednemocniční péče a sekundární vyšetření pacienta. Rovněž jsou zahrnuta specifika spojená s poskytováním péče u pacientů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. V praktické části práce jsou zpracovány čtyři kazuistiky. Jedná se o pacienty s poruchou vědomí způsobenou odlišnými aspekty. Péče byla poskytnuta na území Olomouckého kraje. Cílem praktické části je zpracování a analýza kazuistik, s následným vytvořením doporučení pro praxi. Výstupem praktické části je vědomostní test z oblasti problematiky poruch vědomí v přednemocniční neodkladné péči, jehož cílem je ověření znalostí zdravotnického záchranáře v této problematice.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of disorders of consciousness in pre-hospital emergency care. The main aim of the bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive processing of the issue of disorders of consciousness in pre-hospital emergency care, with the main aspect being the preparation of case studies from the given issue. The theoretical part is focused on the general division of disorders of consciousness and their characteristics. The most common causes of impaired consciousness in patients in pre-hospital emergency care are listed here. An integral part is the primary examination of the patient according to the ABCDE algorithm in the conditions of pre-hospital care and the secondary examination of the patient. The specifics associated with the provision of care for patients in pre-hospital emergency care are also included. Four case studies are processed in the practical part of the thesis. These are patients with impaired consciousness caused by different aspects. Care was provided on the territory of the Olomouc Region. The goal of the practical part is the processing and analysis of case reports, followed by the creation of recommendations for practice. The output of the practical part is a test in the field of consciousness disorders in pre-hospital emergency care, the aim of which is to verify the knowledge of paramedics in this issue.
