Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení controllingu likvidity a cash-flow ve zvolené společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky objasňující pojem controlling, cíle controllingu či náplň práce controllera. This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of cash-flow and liquidity controlling in chosen company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The first part of this thesis includes the theoretical knowledge that clarifies the term controlling, aims of controlling or controller's job description.
