Práce je věnována rozboru územního a strategického plánování, které jsou důležitými nástroji územního rozvoje. Územní plánování se zaměřuje především na rozvoj hmotného prostředí, zatímco strategické plánování se zaměřuje na mnoho dalších oblastí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. This thesis is focused on the analysis of spatial and strategic planning which are important tools for spatial development. Spatial planning mostly focuses on physical part of the environment, while strategic planning describes many other aspects of it. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and applied.
