Thermal injuries child in prehospital emergency care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Termické trauma u dětí v přednemocniční neodkladné péči" se zabývá termickými popáleninami u dětí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku termického traumatu v dětském věku, jeho epidemiologii, etiologii, prevenci, patofyziologii. Dále zmiňuje faktory určující závažnost popálenin jako mechanizmu úrazu, stupeň, lokalizaci a rozsah popálené plochy. Popisuje laickou první pomocí a odbornou přednemocniční neodkladnou péči. Praktická část je tvořena retrospektivní analýzou výjezdové dokumentace Zdravotnické záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje územního odboru Ostrava za rok 2016, která ošetřila pediatrické pacienty do věku 8 let s diagnózou T 20-T 35 bez poleptání. Byly zjišťovány faktory jako věk, pohlaví, mechanizmus úrazu, hloubka, rozsah a lokalizace popálenin, laická první pomoc, ošetřující výjezdová skupina, infuzní terapie, analgosedace a cílový transport do nemocničního zařízení.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor thesis "Thermal injuries child in prehospital emergency care" is focused on thermal burns child. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of thermal trauma in childhood, for epidemiology, etiology, prevention, pathophysiology. Mentions the factors determining the severity of burns as a mechanism of injury, degree, location and extent of the burned area. Describes first aid and pre-hospital emergency care. The practical part consists of a retrospective analysis of the documentation Medical rescue service of the Moravian-Silesian Region of the territorial department Ostrava in the year 2016, who treated pediatric patients up to the age of 8 with diagnosis T 20-T 35 without chemical burning. Practical part looks into factors as age, gender, injury mechanism, depth, extent and location of burns, first aid, the treatment crow, infusion therapy, analgosedation and target transport to the hospital.
