Determination of the optical constants and structural parameters of DLC thin films with silicon and oxygen admixtures
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme určení indexů lomu, extinkčních koeficientů a tlouštěk tenkých Diamond-like carbon vrstev s příměsí křemíku a kyslíku. Zavádíme Fresnelovy koeficienty pro tenkou vrstvu a také teoreticky popisujeme práci přístrojů použitých k měření optických charakteristik zkoumaných vzorků. In this thesis we study the determination of the refractive indices, the extinction coefficients, as well as the thicknesses of diamond-like carbon thin films with silicon and oxygen admixtures. We introduce tne Fresnel's coefficients for thin films and describe basic principles of instruments used for measuring the of optical characteristics of the studied samples.
