Human Resources Management in the chosen company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku se zaměřením na systém obsazování volných pracovních míst, odměňování a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout doporučení či případné změny v oblastech obsazování volných pracovních míst, odměňování a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretických východiscích jsou objasněny například činnosti řízení lidských zdrojů, typy smluvních vztahů, kritéria výběrů vhodných uchazečů, formy odměňování zaměstnanců a definice související s touto problematikou. Poznatky získané z teoretických východisek jsou autorkou využity při zpracování aplikační části na konkrétní společnost. Autorka zde analyzuje proces přijímání zaměstnanců do společnosti, uvádí sociální bilanci společnosti, popisuje systém odměňování a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Součástí diplomové práce je i dotazníkové šetření, návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with the subject area of human resource management in a selected enterprise with a focus on systems of employee procuration, hiring, compensation, and education. The aim of the dissertation will be to propose recommendations or potential changes in the areas of employee compensation, hiring and education in the selected company. The theoretical part contains explanations of, among other things, human resource management activities, types of contractual relationships, criteria for the selection of suitable candidates, forms of employee compensation, and definitions relating to these issues. The findings made in the theoretical part are used by the author in processing the applied part in the case of a specific company. Here, the author describes the process of hiring employees into a company, introduces a social evaluation of the company, and describes the system of employee compensation and education. A questionnaire-based survey and proposals for change are also part of the dissertation.
