Analysis of variable and fixed costs and its application in a specific enterprise

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání nákladů a jejich kalkulacemi v rámci ekonomického řízení zvoleného podniku. Teoretická část práce postupně charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy účetnictví a jejich význam pro různé skupiny uživatelů, dále pak náklady a jejich kalkulace se zaměřením na nejvýznamnější metody. Praktická část představuje zvolený podnik, způsob řízení, analýzu a kalkulace jeho nákladů a nabízí jiný pohled na stávající metodiku sledování, kontroly a vyhodnocování nákladů a ziskovosti dle krycích příspěvků.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis focuses on an examination of costs and their calculations in the framework of economic management of a selected enterprise. The theoretical part firstly characterises the individual types of accounting and their significance for different groups of users, secondly the mean of costs from a point of view of different ways of accounting and thirdly their division and their calculations with a focus on the most important calculation methods. The practical part presents the selected enterprise, its organisational structure, and an analysis and calculation of its variable and fixed costs on selected products according to the method introduced in the practical part of the thesis.
